Thanks For Listening

I’m sure many of you have noticed that it’s been quite some time since episode 30 of The Dating Digital Podcast. We’ve been thinking about it for a while, and both Laura and I feel that we’ve said all that we have to say with regards to online dating. Also, we have both been out of the online dating scene for quite a while now – both enjoying steady romantic situations – so we’re not really in touch with the dating scene, at least not from a singles perspective. After all, isn’t that the end goal?

Personally, time is also a factor. Producing DDP from a technical standpoint has become easier, but it still demands a certain amount of time to build the content of the show and publish something worth listening to, something I’m proud of. Between work and a new weekly podcast The Citadel Cafe, I just don’t have the time to dedicate to DDP.

All thirty episodes of DDP will remain online and available for anyone who wants to listen. As of right now though, there are no plans for new episodes. Long term, the future of DDP is uncertain. I have some ideas on how the podcast and blog could continue, but nothing solid enough to bother mentioning yet.

You can of course continue to follow myself, Laura - and Lara too! – via Twitter and our respective projects.

The holidays are back! It’s that time of year were the dating world is divided in to those of us who are in relationships and those of us who are not. Unless of course you’re in holiday dating limbo.
